We will be staging our biggest demo game ever, a battle with Black Powder in 1.32nd scale using figures painted, and converted in many cases, by group members.

It will be based on the Battle of the Nations and will feature over 1000 54mm painted figures, on a huge U shaped table.

Should be well worth taking a look!

Has anyone got pictures of this game? It sounds impressive

Hi. Can't wait to see some pictures. I've heard about it from a friend who saw the game and says it was very impressive. Would love to see photos as I've started collecting Victrix 54mm figures, and would love some inspiration. And also, I've just come back from the re-enactment at Leipzig, having taken part in the battle with the French 21st Ligne.

Best Wishes Davejl

Did pictures ever emerge?

Ooops! Mea culpa. A bit late to say the least I will put some into my Photobucket anyway and post the connection here.

The game was amazing visually, the biggest we've ever done. There were some stunning figures on the table, many converted because no one makes them, eg Cossacks, Russian and Austro-Hungarian heavy cavalry. There were some Victrix French painted as Swiss, by Ade 'Loco' Brittain which were outstanding!

Very nice. Congrats on the game.

Gorgeous figures and great-looking terrain!

Thanks guys. It was a crazy, crazy game, well actually 3 games on the same table being played at the same time but not co-ordinated. That meant each could go at their own pace, and not be bogged down by the others if they were slower.
