I am told it is a "Panzer III E-79" from the World of Tanks game. I'd just like to see one produced in a small scale.

If anyone will make it, GHQ is it. They already have a Tiger III in their Wehrmacht '47 line:

E-79, so that makes this a 79 ton tank? Heavier than the E-75? Methinks someone didn't understand what the E-designations really meant.

Damon.

You could ask to Dragoman's Depot on Shapeways, I had a custom what-if WW2 tank (Italian Carro Celere Sahariano) made from him, in 1/300 scale…

It's all speculative anyway, but fun!

Buy a 10mm panther and put a 6mm Henschel king tiger turret on it. Brass rod for the oversized gun. Close enough.

BTW… I'd like to see how the breach of that gun fits in the turret and can still be loaded.

Why the lift kit ?

Mako1106 Sep 2013 7:24 p.m. PST

That is a beautiful looking tank.

Kind of like the Porsche of heavy tanks.

Wonder if it's turbo-charged?

If not, it should be, since it just looks fast………

Way outside my domain, but it does have a certain appeal. If a good model came up in 15mm, I'd have a look.

"If anyone will make it, GHQ is it."

Given their other '47 efforts to date, I'd have to agree. The only possible stumbling block to GHQ, would be licensing.

Yep, I'd love to see it in 15mm as well, since it would make for a great Sci-Fi tank.

Give Khurasan a bit, his Karkpanzers are all modified E-series. That will at least cover the 15mm version.

You can get one but the sculting in CADDS will cost about £150.00 GBP and then you can buy as many as you want from Shapeways. With luck and a small extra charge you could get the sculpt to cover a range of scales (with 3 standards you could have any scale from about 1:144 to 1/72 by scaling the master(s). So simples!

I asked GHQ a couple of time about making a "Ratte" for their Wehrmacht '47 line… and they yet to have given me a "good" answer … ?
