They released the original story boards for Episode 1 a while back. It was interesting. Obi-wan and Quigon where the same age and more buddy cop style. Similar to Obi-wan and Anikan in the clone wars series. The amphibian who shall not be named didn't have bones and was suppose to be a visual gag because on high grav planets he was short and fat but on low grav he was all tall and skinny. Can you image all the squealing when he was in any vehicle that accelerated. |

CorSecEng the amphibian who shall not be named wouldn't be JAR JAR BINKS by chance would it? See I'm not afraid to name my favorite Star Wars character and I'm proud to say that Jar Jar Binks is my all time favorite SW character. I just wanted to point that out. |

Being a fan of Jar Jar :P Picked up the comic. It's a little hard to follow at times. Probably needs to be about 25% longer than it is. But aside from the guesswork, it looks interesting. I'll pick up the next issue soon. |

Yes, but we can't trust your two cents because, you know, you like JJB. ;) I don't like the character because I felt he was a technological showcase (look what we can do with CGI!) as opposed to actually having a worthwhile character. Sure, I like a little comedic relief, but that should not be the method of driving a plot. That said, when I say that I dislike JJB, I'm talking about his portrayal in TPM. He's not in CW TV series too much, but his time there he does okay. But you should still be banned for liking him :D |

For myself I saw nothing wrong with JAR JAR BINKS whatsoever and I believe his character was indeed worthwhile IMHO. Can you explain more about his portrayal in TPM and why you dislike JAR JAR BINKS? And being banned just for liking JAR JAR BINKS is crazy. |

The story would not have been changed whatsoever if he were not there. ("realistically" the Jedi would have briefed them on Naboo and they would already have known about the Gungins) I'm not sure it's worth continuing. You haven't said anything to back your claim, and seem to have missed every smiley I've thrown your way. Too me it's just a game. It seems like you're taking it personally/seriously. |

I'll just say that it's hard for me to write down what I'm trying to say for me it's much easier to explain something to a person either on the phone or face to face. For me it's very hard for me to try and convey what my point is by writing it down and I'm sorry for my misunderstanding of what you had to say. Plus the fact that I rarely post it nowadays since I was made fun of,insulted and several other things which I won't go into. This'll be my final post for this topic. |
