Most horrible non-responsive service EVER.

How are these folks in business?

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and nothing. No response from 2 emails and no response from a phone call (no one answered and no answering machine).

Worst online retailer EVER!

They do seem to specialize in being slow.

Slow pokes…Don't order there….You are not the only thread like this.

I have ordered multiple times from Warweb, and never had any issues. However, due to US postal increases, I have not ordered anything for a couple of years, so I cant comment on the current situation.

I'm about 4 weeks out on an order. Don't think I'll bother again :( Bit the bullet and bought an old glory army card.

I finally got my package after filing a Paypal action. Took nearly 6 weeks. Don't know if I ever would have gotten it if I hadn't file the complaint.

Hmmm … and I thought it was just me (ordering from Europe)

I've had the same experience and no longer order from them.

YogiBearMinis04 Sep 2013 4:47 a.m. PST

I have had it take a long time each order, but it always showed up. My guess is that they special order your items when you make your order. I am okay with it as long as I know it will eventually come.

TiberiusAugustus04 Sep 2013 9:47 a.m. PST

I always expect a 4-6 week delay when I order from Warweb. Your order will eventually get there, I've ordered from there multiple times and always got my order.

Inkpaduta04 Sep 2013 10:25 a.m. PST

I order from them when it is something that I want but don't really need right now. You can get figures cheaper on warweb.

coopman04 Sep 2013 4:23 p.m. PST

Sad. They used to be my go-to source.

acctingman186904 Sep 2013 4:34 p.m. PST

Update

I filed my paypal claim Aug 30th and they haven't even responded to that.

Oh well….in 6 days if I don't receive my order I get my money back. Sucks to be them.

combatpainter Fezian04 Sep 2013 6:16 p.m. PST

I ordered a whole lot from them back in the day. They were slow then as well.

Dynaman878905 Sep 2013 4:00 a.m. PST

Warweb is slow, not Hotz Matz slow, but slow. Almost every order I placed came in 3 to 4 weeks after ordering though. If ordering with a credit card (not the paypal option) they do not charge till they ship to you, so that is how I know the order was on the way…

warhound30323 Sep 2013 9:57 p.m. PST
