To start off my Quar Mercenary force for 15mm Sci-Fi gaming, I thought I'd share pics of the massive Super-heavy Assault Gun I converted from a 1/76 Airfix WW1 British "Male" tank. The kit itself was cheap ($10 shipped) and is actually pretty well scaled to 15mm (the 2 upper hatches and the rear hatch are both stock).

Seems like an easy fit, looking forward to seeing it with some paint on it :D

That's a nice variant, I might steal that idea for my Death Korp of Krieg army, what colour are you going to paint it?

I plan on using this army to experiment with different masking techniques. I was thinking hard-edged camo banding with some leaf outline masks.

After cleaning out the last of my 15mm WW2 stuff, I came across an old Axis and Allies Italian M13/40 that was lacking a turret. Being suitably odd-looking, I pressed it into service with my Quar Mercs.
