Space Marines are obviously lacking competitively and in player options, so…

When Tactical Deadnought Armor is not enough, and you don't want to box up your guys into Dreadnoughts…

CENTURION ARMOR FTW! Crisis Suits for Marines!!

I guess the SM fanboys are crashing the GW site ordering these, because I cannot do a direct link, page keeps timing out trying to connect!

leidang31 Aug 2013 8:32 a.m. PST

It's amazing that a guy in that much armor can jump a shark but he's done it.

Garand31 Aug 2013 8:44 a.m. PST

If it's any consolation, I think the rest of the release looks good. Even the Tac squad's additions look good.

Damon.

Whoa whoa whoa… that base comparison is completely wrong. Terminiators have 40mms, Dreadnaughts and Tau Broadsides are 60mms.

Delta Vee31 Aug 2013 9:01 a.m. PST

termi-tubbies I really hope these look better in the plastic, than in the photos.
seems there a step between termis and the dread, sort of like marine killer kans…

haywire31 Aug 2013 9:25 a.m. PST

The new releases were so good/bad it broke the site!!!

Sloppypainter31 Aug 2013 10:03 a.m. PST

Daddy was a terminator, mommy was a dreadnaught.

Tin hat31 Aug 2013 11:22 a.m. PST

What does 'jump a shark' mean?

I see, thank you and yes- a very appropriate phrase.

Ivan DBA31 Aug 2013 12:51 p.m. PST

I love how the Terminator and Dreadnought both look as if the are going, "What the heck?!?"

Greywing31 Aug 2013 2:18 p.m. PST

Just begs for the "yo dawg" treatment, doesn't it?

aapch4502 Sep 2013 10:58 a.m. PST

Reminds me of 2nd ed, putting dreadnoughts in landraiders….. its like seriously? "Uncle emprah wants you to burn the heretic…….and stomp the crap out of his ashes, with gravity pistols."

The Angry Piper03 Sep 2013 7:58 a.m. PST

They have chest blasters.

Aaaaaannd….I'm out.

The Angry Piper03 Sep 2013 7:59 a.m. PST

They have chest blasters.

That's all I've got.

…FAIL…

Metal Slayer17 Sep 2013 6:17 p.m. PST

…EPIC FAIL…

Mithmee17 Sep 2013 9:21 p.m. PST

Sorry Epic failed for GW back around 1996/97 when they killed it.

Only a matter of time before they do that with 40K & WFB.

DsGilbert19 Sep 2013 3:35 p.m. PST

Not liking them at all.

Wolfprophet20 Sep 2013 9:21 p.m. PST

I found them more likable in person…but cannot justify the price tag… my next marine project is Tau themed anyways, I'll just make something similar from some other kit. The new Robotech kits are coming soon… maybe the Zentraedi male Power armour will be roughly the right size to convert. The female power armour should do nicely for Crisis suits too if they're as big as I suspect they'll be.
