Unfortunately it costs three times as much as the upcoming Big Ship from FFG. |

The Action Fleet Corellian Corvette and the Action Fleet Rebel Transport are much cheaper options for the X-Wing capital ships. |

It may be, but they are stinky bad looking models! |

You think that price is bad? Try getting one of the 2007 edition of the MTT (Star Wars Droid transport). $800 USD if you can even find one. Stinking collectors ruining it for everyone, IMHO. I just want some older Lego sets for my boy to play with, not collect. But at $150 USD-300 for most of the various older sets? Forget it. |

Why is that so much better looking then any corporate toy company model ever released? Done by someone who cares? |

It was about $125 USD when it came out which made it about 30% higher but it is also much closer to scale than anything else being off only like 5% compared to like 30% for the other things people have used. I have had it about 2.5 years now so it is just a happy occurrence that the scale is so close. Once the rules for the ffg one hits I will bee how it plays. |
