Forged in battle are a company that have produced several miniatures that I really like, however it seems to have been the better part of six months since they have done anything.

Anybody know whats happening with them?

It depends what you mean by "since they have done anything". Figures in Comfort stock their products at most UK shows (Colours is in ~3 weeks). Perhaps they are just selling the products they already have?

Yeah I was referring to any new releases or even news of upcoming products.

I think I just saw that FiB is associated with WestWind. & since WestWind was overwhelmed by their Empire of the Dead Kickstarter, the releases for a number of other WestWind lines have been delayed.

Yeah I was referring to any new releases or even news of upcoming products.

There are quite a number of miniatures manufacturers who do not subscribe to the "we must produce new models to keep the punters interested" paradigm.

Westwood were really successful with the EOTD kickstarter so put them behind

I also heard FIB were going to do a 15mm ancients range possibly via kickstarter too

Maybe with the advent of cheap plastic 15's from PSC they decided to bug out of the WWII market.

Well I hope they will continue to release products as I like the detail you get and at a good price for resin and metal.

Why not ask them?

Do they do Centurions?

Lion in the Stars23 Aug 2013 12:05 p.m. PST

They make 1/100 Rattes. Yes, the 1000-ton Landkreuser Ratte, in both '1945' (flakvierling) and '1947' (extra twin-37mm AA) versions.

Do they do Centurions?

Nope, but they do make the Black Prince: link

Not a bad price for the jeeps w/trailers, either. American players can never have enough jeeps or bazooka teams.
