It's a 30mm flat. It demonstrates what I like about flats.

Really nice table dressing material!

My earliest figures were pre painted flats back in the late 1960; later sold them off and moved "up" to Scruby 25mm rounds, then started replacing them with newer figures in the early 1990's.
