Preferably letter-sized or in rolls?

All I keep seeing out there are the pads with a single adhesive edge (much like the Post-it notes). However, what I'm really after is an adhesive side throughout the ENTIRE sheet/roll.

Suggestions?

Thanks,

Dan

I haven't seen any, Dan, but you can buy repositionable adhesives, the same kind used on Post-It notes, and make your own easily enough. I've seen sticks, roll-ons, and sprays. Elmer's makes this stick, for example: link

Just Google "repositionable adhesive."

Use regular graph paper, and a can of spray on adhesive.

Office Depot has laminating paper on a roll with a grid pattern. The pattern is pretty big (for minis).

In years past I have used contact/shelf paper with a blue line grid pattern.

Easy enough to go to an office supply place and buy peelable adhesive paper. Take it to the print shop in the same store (Staples, Office Depot) and have them copy a sheet of graph paper onto as many sheets as you like. I did a similar project last month, only it was counters for a board game I had copied onto the peelable adhesive paper. Worked great, and only 12 cents per sheet.

Chick,

I was hoping to adhere a sheet of graph paper onto the back of a sheet of styrene, thick cardstock paper, or even on thin sheets of balsa/bass wood, to make sure that all points lined up when I cut or punch doors and window spaces into them.

So, if I have graph paper grids copied onto blank sheets of adhesive paper that should work!!! I could then peel off the graph side and adhere it onto the medium of my choice.

You guys are awesome.

Thanks so much,

Dan

I've tried stickers and adhesive on paper before – it doesn't stick to wood (balsa or regular) – you need something more liquid for that kind of adhesion

You could also create an image of the grid and get it printed on whatever you want. I have used 36" wide rolls of adhesive backed vinyl in my company's big color plotter. I've also just had VistaPrint print out a custom Ogre map on banner vinyl.

What is the final use if I may ask.

Seen some stencils for marking and some foam board with the graph on it as well.

"What is the final use …?"

I can't cut straight worth a levee. So, if I adhere graph paper to styrene or even cork, that will allow me to make things like windows and doors line up for a change.
