got a small 747 model and want to convert to a e4b command post but not sure of right colors can you help
paint preference

also what color on top of wings, most of the internet images I have seen are near horizontal making it hard to tell ,are they white or grey?

They're probably gray. It's not like the military to paint the wings a different color than the fuselage if it's not the Thunderbirds or Blue Angels.

I don't have a cite for it, but I'd expect the E4Bs to be the same color as the C5/C17 fleet. Navy E6Bs are a pale gray, probably light ghost gray.

Looks like gloss white overall with a blue stripe running from nose to tail. There are several images available on the web.
