Great figures and outstanding brush work! What color did you use for the basecoat on the tunics?

That clinches it. I'm switching to 20mm and TQD will be my pusher.

TQD are producing some exceptionally fine miniature's, especially their Kharkov range. All we need now is the corresponding Russians ?

Those new Brits. they showcased today are outstanding too.

How do they compare size wise with AB and FAA?

Bill Slavin15 Sep 2014 2:10 p.m. PST

Just beautiful painting!!

Blacky75015 Sep 2014 2:59 p.m. PST

slightly taller and skinner than AB and FAA

what paint codes did you use?

Simo Hayha15 Sep 2014 7:58 p.m. PST

tqd go well with cp models, empress miniatures, shq, preiser. like blacky said tqd are slightly taller and skinnier. Not the best match for AB and FAA. AB needs to do american paratroops and russians

does anyone know of comparison pics of TQD, SHQ, FAA?? I tried google but not quite a hit, I would be remounting the TQD to match my other minis (on pennys, with shims of plastic to adjust the height ..

I know the slotted (aka "slotta") bases are nice but I'll not re-basing my entire 20mm collection.

fozzy, thank you. I get to once more promote my own small contribution to the hobby:

No FAA there, but several others.
