I received my order from Ravenstar Studios for several of their 'The Horrid' models today and decided to do my first review.

Plenty of pics, and size comparisons to other manufacturer's stuff, are on the blog.

Nice. but the real question is..how do they paint up? :)

Those are some hefty models there. I like the added variety of the multiple head options on the tanks – shame the APC didn't have the same. The vehicles could easily be some kind of weird Ohmu-like xenofauna if you left the turrets retracted, which could also be handy.

Is it my imagination or is one of those "infantry" figs a pretty good not-Shrieker from Tremors?

I have to say these are the first bio aliens that have really struck my fancy. Love them all.
