I stumbled across these photos taken in 1966-67 of a type of ARVN armored car I've not seen before. The text with one of the photos said only that it's a Canadian-built armored car with modifications made locally by the ARVN. Can anyone identify it? Thanks!

This vehicle equiped the regional/popular forces Mechanised Infantry squadrons held at district and province level. Often used to beef up static defenses for Hqs supply and infastructure facilities
