You could try the Valonians from Rebel Minis. It might not have everything you are looking for but they will come close to quite a few things. link |

There are some space Elves in Black Tree Design's Sci-Fi range. I think though that the Mantic elf suggestion is a good one if you can find good guns for them. The Mantic Elves already have a kind of alien look to them anyway. |
