So apparently I'm only about 4 years late to this…..but it's quite fun and perhaps there are some other folks who weren't in the know.

How to host a dungeon is a fun little 'game' that lets you generate a dungeon over the course of it's 'natural' lifespan. There is a free pdf (with less good stuff than the cheaply available full pdf).
