My CMG kickstater package arrived. I got a Assault Mech, an attack VTOL, and a transport VTOL. I also got a squad with two drones. I'm very happy with the vehicles, the VTOLs have a very "Future European Union" look to them.
I also put a picture up of my new painting/hobby setup.

Gutted that I didn't support the Kickstarter. The chaps at CMG told me that the new stuff won't be sold normally for a few months yet. |

Those look nice, let's see them painted up. Thread title threw me for a minute – "CMG" is more commonly "Collectable Miniatures Game" in gamerspeak than it is Critical Mass Games, but I haven't seen one of those try crowdfunding yet. |

Didn't even think of that! As for painting, i'm either thinking of stealing a scheme from the Eurocopter Tiger. Like this:

Yeah, totally with you on them looking European… Only I see them as Chinese. Not that PLA would even contemplate inspiring itself from someone else design… If you want to go European, what about keeping the two tone grey and use something like GW Regal Blue as the third colour… Maybe not a very realistic camo, but screams 'European' to me.
