After months of buying Jacklex figures on Ebay, I finally broke down and ordered directly from Spencer Smith. Service and communication was great and delivery was swift to Mississippi. Excellent figures of course. |

I didn't know they had problems? Never ordered but never saw any consumer complaints here either. |

I've never heard of them having any problems either. It's the first time I ever ordered from them and it was great. Just wanted to express my satisfaction. I'm usually hesitant to order from somebody for the first time. I am perpetually irritated with the mail…so, I'm always glad to see reassurances about a company on here. Thought I'd add mine. |

Sorry…not Spencer Smith but Jacklex. back in the 90's someone got hold of the moulds and started turning out the jacklex ACW range – I bought a fairly large box full and they were more flash than figure. Then tonnes of plastic ACW appeard and I just wrote the jacklex stuff off as a bad deal. But I would still like the colonial stuff. I already felt that Spencer Smith would be turning out good product, but had still hung back on ordering any. Hearing that the product is good is an encouragement to order some. That's what I meant to say….  |

got about 100 SSM Austian types for a project for "old school" need about a zillian more, but,,,,,,,the economy has hit me really hard. All three times I have ordered, they were fabulous with service. every time! every time! |

Absolutely agree with previous comments. Excellent prompt service and always a phone call if there is any hold up or query about the order. |
