The Fife & Drum Miniatures staff (me) will be hosting two AWI games at Historicon, featuring the new Fife & Drum Miniatures and lots of gorgeous HG Walls eyecandy (i.e. buidings, fences and terrain).

The same scenario will be played on Thursday evening at 6pm and again on Friday evening at 7pm.

This is a good opportunity to see the entire Fife & Drum range painted and played on a pretty nifty-looking tabletop, decorated in part by Mr. Gundt (the model maker, not the bear maker). This is my chance to escape from the dealer area and get down to some good old fashioned fun and games. The rules are excrutiatingly easy to learn -- they fit on one side of a sheet of 8.5" by 11" paper.

I look forward to meeting many TMPer's at Historicon. So why not stop by and say hello.

Please take pictures for those of us who can only make it for Saturday. I would love to see your stuff in person.

I just added pictures of the similar game that I hosted at this SYW Assn convention. I have tweaked the scenario a little bit but the terrain and troops shown in the pictures are similar to what you will see at my Historicon games.

DAF;
I am sorry that Uncle Sugar shall be keeping me from attending, as that is Drill Weekend. However, I hope your re-numeration is enough to support the idea of coming to Fall-In…

I had to cancel my plans to attend, my daughter's wedding took up too much money and vacation time (had to take a week for the run up to the big day and an extra week just to recover). Maybe at Little Wars.

Thanks for adding the pictures Jim. Still would like to see it live and pay a game. Maybe you will do cold wars next year?

I would love to stop by and see the game--also pick up some of the latest figs.

I wish I was going. Just to meet you Jim, and buy you a cold one.
