Summer has finally arrived in the UK and with it the great tradtion of swigging back pints of water laced with a fruit/sucrose blend. We're currently quaffing great quantities of lemon barley water, Rocks Organic blackcurrant (so much nicer than Ribena!) and (in smaller quantities – it has a kick !) Belvoir Ginger Cordial. What's the finest cordial/squash in the world ? |

Pineapple and lime is my favourite. Just a splash in a glass helps me get through three to four litres of water a day. |

A tall Gin and Tonic with a lime. The tonic controls the malaria, the gin makes the tonic taste good, and the lime keeps the scurvy away. |
