Yeah, I can't figure out how she walks in that skirt, either. Steampunk/VSF is too early for elastic!

I agree, the skirt is a little too tight, but that's still a very nice mini. I've been impressed by Guild of Harmony for a while now, but this is the first piece that has made it to my to-buy list. Nice!

Sorry to disappoint some of you, but stretch fabrics go back a loooong way, definitely readily available to the Victorians. Also known as Jersey, a machine knitted fabric.
