I've just finished painting my first 1:300th Aircraft from Heroics & Ros. These will provide much needed air support for the Commonwealth and Axis forces that I am painting as part of my North Africa 1942 project.

There are more pictures on my Blog here. I've never painted any aircraft before (aside from the obligatory Airfix kits as a kid of course) so this was something of a learning curve for me. I'm pretty happy with the results but I know I can improve with the next batch now that I have some idea of what I am doing.

Nice work. I have way more 1/300 (or 1/285) aircraft than I need as well.

Lovely stuff. I have been toying with the idea of starting desert stuff in 1/300th.

Look good
Couple of comments
The British had standard camouflage schemes on their aircraft – A and B, B being a mirror of A
So all of the Hurris should have the same camaouflage pattern
Also, I don't think the Ju87G was ever used in North Africa
