The "Chicago Skirmish Wargames" club kicked off the summer Song of Blades and Heroes campaign last week. We just put up the first blog post. We're going to try and at least note the results of every battle played (about 6 each night). First night's report here:

It got off to a good start. Even though we are playing with 500 point warbands (300 is standard) the games went quickly, and even the two players who are relatively new (have only played a couple trial games) hand the rules down. We learned some valuable lessons from last summer's campaign and some good preparation has been laid down in advance so I'm very excited to see where this year's campaign goes.

Those were some fantastic setups. I'm really diggin' that patterned fleece stuff that Josh used for the tabletop.
