I`m currently well into painting and setting up my Viet Nam game. My US forces have to find & to destroy a few AA guns,
I have had a look & found some guns that would be easy to mock up.
Are there any of the larger makes of Russian aa gun that are available in 28mm, Most of my figures are from the assault group for size.

Do you have a Jane Fonda figure for the gun crew?

Don't know about larger cal. guns in 28mm, only the 12.7mm machine gun.

I'd look for a 37mm or 57mm gun in a company W.W. II Soviet line of figures. Might not be a perfect match for the Vietnam period, but it should be close.

You could use this as a painting guide.

"Do you have a Jane Fonda figure for the gun crew?".

Don't know if anyone makes one, but she'd be a superb target for a Rolling Thunder-like B-52 strike.

I normally stock the Force of Arms KPU 14.5mm AAHMG, but am unfortunately out of them at the moment and awaiting resupply, but if you're not in a desperate hurry have a look:

I have been wanting some AA guns for my Vietnam project for a while – I wish I had though of the KPU myself.

I actually did buy a KPU from FOA some time ago its made of resin & is fragile also seems a bit small for a figure to sit on.
Unlike Jane Fonda

I picked up a ZU-23-2 in 1/48 from Ace models. It shows an Afghan on the cover, however, it works quite well for Vietnam.

There are positions for two seated crew and I had to do quite a bit on conversion for the crew.

I did look at the ace models zu-23 seems ok, I`ll look at the bofors for a type 55 I don`t want that many…

I have done some research on the KPU & boy is it small gun look on you tube for your selves. easy I guess to mock up.
