REally nice work. Almost hard to believe they are only 15mm!

I did have one question, you seemed to be using more than one sort of foliage material on your bases. The static grass is obvious, but what is that dark green, almost leafy, ground cover on some of the bases?

Well, I normally do several flocking stages. A dark base (not static grass), then a lighter static grass. Then dress them up in grass tuffts and other subdry shrubby effects – which is what you are seeing here. It is foliage clumps from woodland scenics.
