Does anybody make decals in 1/300 for the Royal New Zealand Air Force markings? Especially the roundels with the Kiwi in the center? Thanks!

Only ones I've ever seen are 1/72nd scale, for the Aussies and Kiwis. You'll probably have to print your own, or to modify a standard roundel by hand.
