I've recently started playing SAGA and was wondering how the Gripping Beast Miniatures compare in size to Crusader and Foundry miniatures? I like the fact that Crusader has Irish warriors armed with slings. Can I mix these three manufacturers in the same unit?

IMHO the Crusader figures are a tad more bulky than Gripping Beast. That being said, I don't think mixing would be that much of an issue (they are of similar height), especially if they are kept in seperate units. Foundry it depends on the range. FREX I think the old Viking range mixes OK with Gripping Beast, but I don't know about the new range (if the new range and the old range mix well, there is your answer).

Damon.

Crusader and GB are close. I use them in separate units for my Scots and they are fine. You could probably mix them in the same unit if you aren't too picky. I have Crusader, GB and Foundry Vikings all mixed together and they look good.
