I ordered some bits early january when they were having their 50% sale and got it all within the week. Only complaint: there was an ungoldy amount of flash on the motorcycle rider's arms but not unfixable. Oddly I've never had a problem with them but some of my friends have and clearly so have some people here. |

Well, I've placed my first order for Dr Who stuff from Black Tree & we're on ten weeks & counting. Called them, got cut off FOUR times but they say they're coming so i just have to have faith I suppose. It's a shame because I think their prices are good – compared to some on EBay – but the service & response is rubbish. Unless anybody knows of a better place to get Dr Who Harlequins? |

A follow up to my last (I don't hang out here obviously); with profuse apologies they said my order had gotten lost in the big sale surge and reshipped everything and asked for suggestions for atonement packs. I sent them some and they included 6 baggies of troops of the type I requested which I thought quite generous. Everything came in albeit in two packages as some were still hung up in England and in a fairly short time frame. At some point I will order again but with crossed fingers for a good outcome. I'm still painting my way through the pile I have. One additional note; the US distributor doesn't have any manufacturing ability; the stuff is made in England and shipped to their distributor first. |
