Here is a picture of the Minden Miniature French artillery crew manning a Fife & Drum French Valliere 4-pounder:

Since both figure ranges are sculpted by Richard Ansell, the artillery equipment is to scale with both ranges.

Them's pretty big 4 pdrs!
Which is of course why they changed designs…

A number of these cannon were rebored in America and used as 6- pounders. I recall that in the respective wights and measures, the French pound was larger/heavier than the English pound .

Yes, we used the schematic drawings created by Christian Rogge to develop our cannon models. The wheels on the Swedish 4-pounder have a bigger diameter than the regular 4- pounder.

Yep.
And the above photo only shows the ‘short' swedish type 4-pounder, not the longer Vallière model. This US origin photo has the French barrel mounted on a US carriage. Not the original French one that I illustrated.
