Awwww did widdle Jay-Jay's toys get mixed up with Gene's? So widdle Jay-Jay can't get as much of his candy money because that nasty-old Original Series sells more toys than his hipster copy? Honestly, I find it hard to believe any company would stop making products (and therefore money) for ToS because some people can't tell the difference between it and the reboot.

He also seemed to have swiped a bunch of IP from Amarillo Design's Star Fleet games that wasn't in the TV series or movies such as 'Gatling Phasers'.

Even if there was some IP swiping, guess who has more money, much more money. That'll tell you who wins the IP fight. Especially if movie studios get involved…
