It's not all seven, but I discovered I had enough figures (almost- I need bandits) to do a skirmish game at one of the village gates. Here's a shot I put together as tribute to a favorite samurai film. The figures are all 42mm figures from Steve Barber Models. What you see here was all converted from only three poses. I'm thinking about converting some bandits next.

Sweet. Do they do a Kikuchiyo figure?

I'm looking through Steve's figures to see which I could convert into a Kikuchiyo.

None of these are specifically "Seven Samurai;" I've just converted enough to create my own Seven Samurai collection.

That's terrific. Are they painted in greyscale?

Visigoth: Oh my, I don't know if I can do that good of a conversion :)

Bat: No greyscale this time around; I think my gangsters in greyscale is all the greyscale I need :)

Agree with teenage visigoth – If there is any way on the face of this sweet earth to make up a Toshiro Mifune figure, it's your moral imperative to do so. No ifs, no buts, no ands… just go off and do it.

If you've not got a figure of Toshiro, it just ain't Samurai (or Ronin)
