Why not share it with all those that have gotten burned?

It's called a monoploy - probably charge a premium. Could be new wave in disguise :-)

This post was in jest, for mirth.

What channels are you using? And why even bother with if they cant provide any kind of customer service.

Too little, too late. They've lost my business. Or to quote Penelope from "O Brother, Where Art Thou": "I've counted to three."

I've contacted my bank's customer service department, they are launching an investigation into whether or not I can recover what New Wave owes my by virtue of having used my credit card. They said I shouldn't have waited so long, but I did that because the item in question is a Fenryll piece they probably had to (or rather, would have had to)get directly from France, Fenryll themselves not exactly being the epitome of reliability.
My bank also said that contacting the Georgia Attorney General couldn't hurt, if enough people complain, something might happen.
New and improved my butt....

I filed a complaint with my credit card company when New Wave wouldn't deliver on what they promised and wouldn't return phone calls or numerous e-mails. I did get a refund, with a provision notifying that they (the credit card company) may re-charge me if further inquiry revealed additional info, etc., etc. (the usual disclaimer). Like others, New Wave charged me for the order the day after I placed the order.

Sorry, no matter what they promise, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM NEW WAVE AGAIN. There are simply too many other good, reliable, honest, responsive (TheWarStore, Brock's Armory, Albino Rhino Hobby, Mega Comics and Games, all are top-notch) mail order companies out there for me to waste my time with New Wave.

I agree with the general trend here. I have ordered from New Wave for several years and learned to live with slow processing on hard to get items but in the last year they seem to be slow on everything. Maybe they are trying to make extra profit by living on the "float." I did get my last order resolved by going to their webpage and leaving messages on the customer support area. It still took 3 weeks and several emails to resolve the issues. There is no need to order from these guys.

No, not related to Doust at all, my family and I prefer to mate in our own species. But I have his home phone number and private e-mail. I'm a former/retired private investigator who he tried to screw. Funny, a few phone calls direct to his home gets him rolling right along ;^)

The phone and e-mail on the website go to an answering service and the address is a Mail Boxes, ETC in a different county than where he really lives. He's pretty slick, but I'm better. Nobody out a#$holes me. I think he's doing biz on the sly, and doesn't want too much noise on an official (govt) level. I got my stuff most tick! But then again, customer service calls at midnight aren't fun.

Exile666, I'm convinced that they pay their mortgage and buy their groceries with the float. If even half of the people who they owe product to called in their markers at once, they'd be bankrupt.
