Way back in november I ordered two packs of sock puppet miniatures from Team Frog, which I never received. The email address on their website bounces, and I've gotten no response from the only other address I could find. I doubt there was any wrongdoing on their part, and I assume my order just slipped though the past somehow. Does anyone know how to contact them? I'm not really concerned about the money (it wasn't a large order), but I really wanted those little guys (and my sockstrocity is very lonely without her sockbuddies). |

Not looking good – their store page generates a 403 Forbidden message,so looks as though they aren't selling currently. |

I don't see any 403 error. Site's working fine for me. On the other hand, Frog God hasn't posted here since November 2012, which is a little odd: TMP link He was on TMP four days ago, so odds are pretty good he'll spot this thread eventually. |

Apparently, Frog God has undergone major surgery in April, according to his well-updated FB account. Saying that, I want to warn all users about the lack of proffesionality of Team Frog. I too placed an order of Sock Puppets the past November, and I never saw a single miniature. In all those months after I payed my order, he wasn't capable of sending me, at least, a tracking number for it. The communication with him was scarce at best (in past January I emailed him daily, both to his email and his FB accounts to no avail, despite his FB registering activity), and the first times I complained he promised some kind of bonus that obviously never made true. I can't discourage other customers from buying in this store enough. |

I wished that I had searched here before placing an order with Team Frog. After waiting a reasonable time for the order, I contacted him via email, phone, and text. He assured me that the order was on the way and there was a mix up. After a couple more weeks, I still had no tracking number and the subsequent emails and calls went unanswered. On the Team Frog FB page now he says all the molds were destroyed somehow and he is recreating these line by line. As the Romans said, CAVEAT EMPTOR (buyer beware). Maybe there are valid reasons, but in any case he is still selling (who knows about delivering) on his website. Pathetic. |

Ditto what Mark said. I ordered from Team Frong a couple of months ago. After several attempts I finally did get him on the phone. I got a song and dance about his partner absconding with a senator's wife or something. No apology for extreme lack of communication. He promised that he would cast my figures last weekend and mail the stuff to me two days ago. One would think that a professional would have contacted me if my order was not going to be fulfilled. I will initiate action tonight with my credit card to mark him as a bad trader, dispute the charge, and get my money back. This is too bad, as the figures appear to be nice. Buck Surdu |

Okay, so everyone is mad at me again, and semi-fairly so. I had a whopping two orders come in before Christmas and tried to fill them. I found I was missing several major parts of both orders and went to Reaper to cast them and send the orders…and found that all of my production molds had been destroyed during a warehouse reshuffling at Reaper. I can't produce *anything* new right now. At all. Until Reaper ships Bones 3, I'm dead in the water. The two people in question were refunded by Square as far as I know, and I am waiting for the recreation of molds to go back into business. The part that really sucks in all this is that there will be items I will never be able to bring back. Some of the masters for some of the items have turned up missing (fml) and I honestly hold little hope of them suddenly reappearing. All of the original CC figures will be back, and I know Duck Wader and the Stormbunnies will be as well. Some of my own additions to the line (like the Ratzi Scouts and the mole and hamster scouts) are among the missing pieces right now. And so are several of the pieces from the $TAR CORP$ line and the Sock Puppets. The whole situation has been very upsetting for all involved, and until we get the molds back on what we can, I am unable to do much of anything about it. So all I can say is that I will try to help you. Mark and Buck, you'll be getting your orders one way or another (paid for or not) just as soon as I can do so. Or I'll finally decided to dumpster everything that's left and call it good. Trying to keep this damn thing alive has not exactly made me rich, or made me any friends, so I begin to wonder why I bother. |
