"Over the last year, I have been planning and getting figures sculpted for a 15mm player character range. They have been sculpted by Faron Betchley and are coming along very well.

I will have 7 initial sets. The first will be a mixed set of types from existing figures I already have. The second, which I am previewing today will be an undead hunter crew made up of undead hunters, clerics, paladins, a ranger and a rogue.

The other sets will be Warriors of Might (Fighters), Warriors of Magic (Magic Users), Warriors of Righteousness (Clerics, Paladins, Undead Hunters), Warriors of Nature (Rangers, Druids, Barbarians), and Warriors of Shadow (Thieves, Assassins, Bards).

Here is the undead hunter crew, which features 3 undead hunters, 2 clerics, 3 paladins, 1 ranger, and 1 thief."

"Today I will showcase the Warriors of Righteousness set, which includes 4 clerics, 3 paladins, and 3 undead hunters. 7 of the characters are male and 3 are female. Again, these were sculpted by Faron Betchley, and he did a fantastic job on them."

Oh sweet!!! Great stuff Dave!!! Splintered Light miniatures really rock so I've got to have these!!

Redundancy is the key to communication. Anything important needs to be said twice.

Here's a question others can weigh in on. (This is just me, not speaking for Splintered Light. It's hard to know future expansions because they always depend on current sales.)

I'd love to see mounted versions of many of these. Ideally of ALL of them, but let's assume that 1) not all characters or types need to be mounted, and 2) that some are ESPECIALLY suitable to a mounted version because they can be used as commanders of armies or other non-rpg non-dungeoncrawl roles.

Question: which of the above would you most like to see a mounted version done of? Limit of 5, say, which is 25%.

My vote would be the two blue women in top of first photo, and the two red-cloaked women in the second photo, plus one of the male clerics in armor. I think we need more mounted females suitable for generals or mages or saints or paladins.

Bottom pic, 1st row last one(hunter with head down)
Bottom pic, 2nd row, 2nd one in( red cloak)
first pic, 1st row,1st mini
first pic,1st row, second min
first pic, second row 3rd one in
These would be my vote. I'd also like to see some demi human adventurers too at some point if sales allow.

Tango01,
Thanks for posting.

I would love to do mounted versions at some point and will see how it goes. I plan on doing a lot with this range since I have a little boy and 2 girls who I can imagine getting into dungeon crawls (the 7 year old boy already wants to!). I do have demi humans planned and the first wave will come from packs I already have but I am planning on new half-orc and dragonmen sculpts fairly quickly.

I'd missed this too, great stuff, several will help with my Solomon Kane project (everybody can't be SK).

David's post is in fact just five posts below Tango's on the general board.

Yes my friend, and if you take the time to read the thread, you can see that David himself thanks me for posting this.

So, please stop your snipping.

There are a LOT of threads that I had post and other people had put latter the same ones in the forum and I never read your comments about that.
