Ian and I recently had a great game of Gruntz. The AAR is at the Gruntz forum here:

Hmmmm, sounds like my first Gruntz game, though using different troops than the above.

The end result was pretty much the same as the title description though, due to my very poor dice rolling, in the heat of battle.

I would really like to know were you got those Russian BRDM's BRT's from they look like a good scale and really clean casts.

Anything where I can see Aliens tearing up sheep is bound to be great fun! :)

@AVAMANGO

The vehicles were from Skytrex:

The castings were very crisp. The only real work they needed was to sand down the bottoms so that the wheels touched the ground.

Thanks for that BaldLea, just in time for the free post offer too.

That may be the best intro picture to an AAR I have ever seen :).

Sheep surrounding an Alien, looking as though it is HE who is surrounded and facing doom…

I like this… you can play a game based around this premise if you so wish :D

Seriously though, your AARs are actually quite enjoyable to read, great stuff! I also really like the use of the Tyranid Zoanthrope… Question for you, do you have any Hormagaunt claws? If so, IF you have a Space Demon King or Queen, how do you think they would look on the back of the model? Just right for some nasty heavy claws? Or maybe go bigger with the Tyranid Warrior claws?
