"…I recently was directed to an amazing link which shows dozens of pictures of a 28mm zeppelin as it was built, step by step, by two brothers. It's for a 1930's pulp game, rather than a Victorian steampunk game, but agin why quibble. A cool zeppelin is a cool zeppelin. The picture at the top of the page shows the forward section in an early stage of completion. The one below shows the same section from a different angle and a little later in the construction…"

Make it a Zombie escape scenario.

"On your way home from an adventure in the picturesque highlands of Bongolesia, a problem arises aboard the zeppelin carrying your group. One of the servants was apparently infected with a terrible tropical disease, and has died. Sadly, he did not stay dead, but has risen as a zombie. Infecting several passengers and crewmembers, they all hunger for human flesh. Your flesh.

"You must survive and keep the control cabin zombie-free until the pilots land the airship. Then you must make your way out of the zeppelin. Finally, to prevent the spread of the infection, you must destroy the zeppelin and kill any zombies which escape the burning wreckage.

"Good luck. You're going to need it."

One of the first WIP I followed on LAF, though I think there were updates here, as well.

Another case of me looking at the start, seeing the trees instead of the forest, and not realizing that cereal boxes CAN make damn beautiful models.

I gather it had seen a couple cons when first built; assume a bear to transport. Anyone know if it's still in use?

I am in awe…

@ The Beast.
It is still in occasional use as far as I am aware. I was lucky enough to play a game in it at a LAF get-together last October.

It breaks down into 4 sections, each with its own transport box:
