Know you, it just might be time to stop thinking about fighting robots and start building and gaming with them.

That is a nice model. I keep vacillating about Zentraedi. Love em or hate em. Biggest problem is the gun pods. The ones on top seem to have too weak a connection to the body and the hand weapons on the officer pod just seem out of scale. Having said that I LOVE the reconnaissance and regult battlepods.

Neat!

It's a great model (it's a 3D printed model). I have one, and would like to grab another one or two. Good stuff Black!

Nice Mike! Nice paint job and I like the Heineken bottle on the table too :P.

What are you doing about the kickstarter? I, like you, am pretty invested in 1/200. The only appeal to me is getting some mecha not available in our scale.

The Black Android19 May 2013 7:31 p.m. PST

Actually, my plan is to keep posting cool pictures of 1/200 scale Robotech mecha and dioramas until the kick-starter overlords send me a big lot of 1/285 kits. Clever hu???

The truth is right now I'm trying to finish my giant old Grenadier Masters of the Universe Paint & Play collection. They are coming out with a poly stone Castle Gray Skull in October that is the perfect scale for these old He-man miniatures. I'm very pumped about it. I also created the Earth Core from the old 80's Sunbow cartoon Inhumanoids using Battletech miniatures. They are awesome but I don't have any of the monsters done yet. I will post pics when I get some stuff done. I'm a sucker for the 80's stuff. I have a few amazing Robotech projects planed/half started but I am also in the process of closing down my three programs for the summer that I run for my job along with getting ready for my summer projects/programs.

Oh, I want to see the He-Man stuff when you're done!

I love the 80s too. 80s toys, cartoons, movies and music.

Not exactly miniatures but I've gotten way into the GI Joe 25th anniversary release of toys and some people are making AWESOME customs out of them:
