Numerous people have confirmed this with GW. They are no longer making new models for the above ranges and stock seems to vary from zero to a dozen or so in each of the regional GW's with many items already OOP.

I think this is more a heads up for get what you want now… Personally I check the industry forum once every couple of months…

nvdoyle01 May 2013 6:11 a.m. PST

Yup, all the stuff I wanted from Necromunda was gone by the time I'd heard.

SBminisguy01 May 2013 7:08 a.m. PST

Rope a dope?? Is GW so cynical as to announce the death of these product lines, clear out the back stock, then say due to popular demand they are bringing back limited editions of them??

Yes. They've done it before for BFG.

Any chance for them to make a quick pound…

billthecat01 May 2013 9:10 a.m. PST

They should start a 'discontinuation panic' for 40K and WFB, and then perpetually sell the next editions as 'collector's items' (with all new miniatures cast in Ubercast, the new and improved, albeit more expensive reboot of Finecast).

Look on the bright side; If GW ever gets bought out, the new owners might resurrect and revamp the old lines. Not going to worry about it either way…. ;-)

john lacour01 May 2013 4:22 p.m. PST

i still need a nurgle blood bowl team. better check on that by friday…

Mithmee01 May 2013 10:50 p.m. PST

They are only interested in making money by increasing the their prices.

It is a very good thing that I have several huge Epic Armies right now.

Stealth100002 May 2013 1:14 p.m. PST

Well BFG an Epic was the last thing that GW was able to get money out of me for. They will get no more money from me now.

With the new HH army books out I would not put it past them to re release a
boxed Space Marine style game. Probably not for Epic or Gothic though.

john lacour02 May 2013 8:28 p.m. PST

the blood bowl stuff seems untouched.

There are alot of other model companies out there now … Especially 6mm Sci-fi … And there is always eBay …
