This is a BattleTech model, available from Iron Wind Metals: link

Asshur

This is a three-part model (hull and two guns), plus a hover stand.. 38mm x 38mm x 15mm

According to the fluff, this is an artillery spotter vehicle designed to support garrison troops. It is a fast hovercraft with little armor. Armed with two medium lasers and missiles (SRM-6). Fusion engine.

My take on it:

Equipment Item VSP : BVP Spaces Cost

Vehicle, class 4 20 : 0 20 20
Armor class 2 20 : 28 20 28
Fusion Generation Plant 20 : 28 20 45
Fast GEV 20 : 28 20 62
2 class 3 HEL's in Fixed mount 20 : 28 8 134
with Basic fire control 20 : 28 8 140
1 class 3 SLAM in Fixed mount 20 : 28 2 176
1 APSW 20 : 28 2 176
Artillery Observer 20 : 28 2 226

You can make the recon variant by leaving out the artillery observer.

(Note that, under Dirtside, it seems you can make pretty much any vehicle an artillery spotter by spending an extra 50 points.)
