Thank you Anne. I used old GW goblin green as base colour, then I gave one light of Coat D'Arms Scorpion Green (GW striking scorpion?), and finally I covered it with the Citadel Wash Thraka Green. Easy and effective. Maybe the skin tone can be better appreciated in these Savage Orcs:
