FLAMES OF WAR is an ASSUME historical game! HUB TO HUB tank gameplay is the best WWII historical tacktics! Bricoles were invented by Gribeauval. What is a Bricole? Who were the Gestapo? PEOPLE WHO POST WITH ALL CAPS ARE KEWL! THE more exclamation points you use, the righter you are!!!!!!!!!! Spelling is not important, nor is grammer. There, that should help increase my stifle count. I shall now begin to apply the above to posts spread liberally throughout TMP. |

I got 23 for posting Orange marching songs in honour of my Irish ancestors on the St. Patricks Day post. The Lounge has no sense of proportion. |

138 Sqd Wow. Just wow. You know this place is full of people from a country that claims to be wholly descended from the Irish? True story: In my re-enacting days one of the guys was very 'Oirish', alsways complaining about the Brits, how much better Ireland was, how he'd love to return to Dublin (to which we sometimes wondered among ourselves "So why do you live in London?") One day he was showing off his new cloak. It was a very fine woollen cloak, a lovely dark red/terracotta. As I walked past I said "When that is washed a couple of times it will go a lovely shade of orange," completely pokerfaced, and kept walking. His girlfriend gave me 'a look'. Some of the old hands in the society gave me a private 'well done'. |

138, that's a pity. You could follow in your ancestors footsteps and join up with this organization seeing as you're in the US. I'm sure you would be very welcome on the basis of the Orange ancestry you mentioned: link |

Historical wargamers are just old farts who aren't in good enough shape to do REAL re-enactments
like a Rennaisance Faire or something! And they all have cheesy mustaches! |

Sherman's March didn't go far enough. It should have covered all rebel states and labor camps would have been a nice touch. I'm currently at 124. |

Altius I'd give up now if I were you. And the same goes for everyone else trying to win the silly stifle game! Only Sparker has a faint chance (and I do mean faint) of catching my stifle count. For a start, I get stifled even when I don't post, so I will always win without even trying. A very 'odd' world this stifle world, isn't it? |
