"Navwar - ordering problems?" Topic

Just tried to fax an order through to Navwar but just haven't been able to get it sent through. The chap in the shop who tried sending the fax for me said it sounds like there is no fax machine connected given the dial tone. Tried it a couple of times now but to no avail.

Has anyone ordered from them recently or experienced similar problems? I sent a copy of the order by post anyways but just thought fax would be the quicker option.

I recall late last year someone else had this problem. From what I remember it happened for about two weeks and then suddenly started working again. Perhaps you can give Tony a call on Saturday.
But the turnaround time is always excellent, so I imagine you won´t wait too long until the order you posted arrives. Good luck!

I sent in an order by post a couple weeks ago and got my package quite quickly. I didn't try to fax so I don't know what's up there, but he is certainly still trading.

Gave Navwar a call this Saturday and had a very pleasant chat (with Tony?). Think there may have been a problem with sending the fax from my end but my order was received by post and posted off on Saturday.

So far, I can heartily recommend Navwar – although there may not be the instant gratification of online ordering, the service and turnaround time has been excellent.
