This is a long vehicle (38mm) in two parts (turret is separate). There is a "box" beneath the hull, with "thrusters" (anti-grav?) pointing down (8) and back (2). On the hull top, there are what might be more thrusters (11) or vertical-launch missiles. The "engine compartment" is divided from the main vehicle.
Since this is listed as an APC, how do the troops debark? Maybe they shoot out the "thruster/rocket" openings (!), but I'm guessing the vehicle's slab sides are designed to fold down as ramps.
This model is borderline for me, as either a large Medium or a small Large. 
The small turret could be an autocannon, MDC (small caliber weapon), or HEL…
