The weathering is good, and I like the way he has the guns elevated to fire salvoes (1 + 2 + 2), but the overall effect is lessened for me by the dark-colored water. There are some really outstanding 1:700 models depicted in the "Shipcraft" series of paperback modeling books. MH |

Ummm what is wrong with the water, that is pretty well what the North Atlantic looks like. |

Am I wrong, but the second picture seems to depict several gun tubs as empty and with holes in the deck for what should be AA guns. |

Looks like some parts are missing, as you say. I don't see any boats either. Maybe this is a work in progress. Ummm what is wrong with the water, that is pretty well what the North Atlantic looks like.
It looks brown/black on my PC + Sony CRT monitor combination. Perhaps the original model looks better in person? Anyway, the issues mentioned above should be fixable. The person who made it obviously has good modelmaking skills. MH |

Guys, the work is in progress (see the link). Had you compare the size of his models with the the cigarette lighter?
At the end of the page he shows how is the Nelson progress. Amicalement Armand |

Ah, thought that looked like his work! If anything, that water is a bit too clear, but I'm used to 'lake Pacific'. |
