pictures from the Malaysian Song of Blades Tournament, held in Kuala Lumpur at the Standard Bearer game shop.

These are taken from the Song of Blades facebook page for those of you who are not on Facebook.

I am the fat guy with the light blue Origins Tshirt.

Looks like you all had fun. It's great to see the variety others put in their warbands.

Funny, there's nothing I spot in those photos that would place the shop in Kuala Lumpur… vs. some shop down the street here (except for the fact that it's SOBH on the tables and not Magic/40k)… though I'm not sure what I'd expect a game shop in Maylasia to look like anyway.

I like those Skaven.

Gamers and their hangouts are very similars all over the world. I'd say one thing I noticed was the kindness, friendly attitude and sportsmanship of all involved. There was a sportsmanship score on the play sheet (in the tournament, every player rated his opponent on theme, player behavior, etc)and all got very high scores.
