Do they exist? Plastic or metal don't care.

Not sure if I ever saw them.

I don't think that was a standard pose in a phalanx as they would get trapped from getting up.

In 25mm, RalPartha had them. Still great looking figures! Mike Adams

Mirliton has them, I think, in classic Greek statue pose(s). Essex has kneeling Greek archer, similar to famous statue.

Foundry has some kneeling archers.

Here is a pic of the Ral Partha kneeling Greek hoplites. They are available form Ironwind metals.
I have added some Rafm heads. The one that comes with the model is the one on the far left of the picture (front row)

I love the kneeling minis, Simon, have always fancied some kneeling triarii. I have a bag of Renegades, somewhere.

Eureka use to have a 28mm kneeling Greek Hoplite but they don't anymore.

So does anyone have kneeling 28mm Greek Hoplites now?

You will like Simon's picture of Ral Partha kneeling Greek hoplites until you go to Ironwind and see that they are $4 USD a figure!
