The British (@3,500 men)have 3 brigades, plus a reserve, 3x3pdr guns and a cavalry detachment. The Americans (@5,000 men) have 4 brigades, plus 2x6pdr guns and a cavalry detachment.

Figures and terrain are my own (except the dead ones and some animals) and are a mix of Perry, Foundry, Eureka & Kings Mountain.

Cheers,
Mick

Looks great…now that the Perry Plastics are out I am seriously comtemplating this period……

Thanks for the comments.

The rules are a modified free set called Sons of Liberty: Redux. An easy, period specific set that allows for a lot of action and gives an attractive, flowing visual game as well. They need a few more tweaks but work well enough.

Field Marshal – yeah, once the Militia and Continental Perry plastic sets are out they will be a great entry point for 28mm AWI. With Fife & Drum, Perry, Foundry, 2nd edition Old Glory and Eureka the metal enthusiast is already well served. The Eureka dragoons deserve a lot more attention.

Great stuff! Those guns are awfully close -did they tear great holes in the American ranks?

Thanks again.

@NY Irish – The grasshopper guns did get in the faces of the Americans but the British dice rolling wasn't great when it came to shooting…
