I am wondering if anyone have any 'house' rules or extras for these rules? I do like them over M&T, not saying their is anything wrong with M&T,i just prefer these :)

So if anyone does have anything to add to them, i would be interested.
Regards

What version do you have of TVG? The newest one has optional way to resolve combat, and a lot of additions. I've been playing them now for 6 years, never had to make up any "house rules".

Do you have the artillery, cavalry, and boat supplement? If not, I believe you can get that from the Iron Ivan forum on Yahoo.

I added random card activation and simplified them a bit to handle larger battles (and for AWI).

Random card activations … That is the one thing I really liked about TVG, was the ability, during your activation to activate one of your units or force your opponent to activate one of his. I supposed you could, on the draw of your side's card, simply give the choice to the player as to which side would activate a unit. That randomness might add a little more interest.
