Perhaps on the outside walls, or inside corridors, to make them more SF?
link link Anyone tried it? They are apparently in the scrapbooking isle in craft stores! And online, of course. And in all sizes. Thanks, Dan |

An interesting find. It might work for cutting out and stacking the window parts. Cutting the bottom out of one of the window might make a good door. Especially useful for quickie projects where you don't feel like cutting out all those windows. -Eli |

If cut in half, some of these could be bunker doors with slits:
Or as sliding doors with a top tag edge to pull up and open. And these die cut "slide mounts" look promising too:
And I'm sure these can be used to make something look more SF-ish:

Those hex panels painted black would make nifty solar arrays. -Eli |

You could definitely do neat stuff with those shapes. I think I'll have to more carefully troll the scrapbooking aisles of Michael's next time I'm in there! Any other male wargamers find themselves the only adult males buying things for themselves at Micheal's and similar stores? Pretty sure every other man I've seen there either has kids in tow or is being towed by the wife
except for the time I tripped over a fellow wargamer in the fake plant aisle, both of us looking for more material for jungle terrain

My wife and daughter are usually with me, looking for their own assorted craft projects. So no, I'm usually not a sole adult male wandering around Michaels or Hobby Lobby. To be fair, there are times that I'm the only one who buys anything

I march boldly down those isles and walk to the register grinning with a basket full of fake floral, rhinestones, pretty paper and paper machet gift boxes :) -Eli |

I make jewelry as well, so I usually have a good excuse to detour to the stores. Dan, some interesting finds there, curious to see some finished projects. |

I can never find the big adhesive backed decorative bits that Leland always uses for his awesome builds. |
