I'm glad I missed out on all the "EU" silliness. The first three movies (Ep IV, V & VI) are Star Wars to me.

don't find cartoons all that hot….and the stormtroopers are still clones (right ?) so the recruitment ad's are misleading.

What 20th Maine? Did you not see the Star Trek episode about a cloned wife? clones or now clones the Tie figher pilot can cover me any day. Her and her sisters, and I am not really one for blonds!

Nonsense… the best Star Wars material outside of The Empire Strikes Back is found in the EU.

KOTOR, Rogue Squadron, Thrawn, Luke's Jedi Academy, The Han Solo Trilogy, the military sci-fi parts of The Black Fleet Crisis, the West End Games RPG, the list goes on…

The EU gives Star Wars a fleshed out fictional universe… the first three were just the seed of an idea, and the most recent three just gave us Clone Troopers, double bladed lightsabres, and Mace Windu…
